We are a national public health government organization in Sri Lanka responsible for preventing the re-establishment of malaria and control of leishmaniasis. We are committed to sustain the country’s malaria-free status, which was certified by the World Health Organization in 2016. We provide leadership, technical guidance, and coordination for surveillance, vector control, diagnosis, treatment, and health education across all regions of the country.
Our Vision
