Biannual Entomology Review – 2026

The Biannual Entomology Review Meeting was held on 10 and 11 August 2026 at the Anti Malaria Campaign (AMC) Headquarters, with the participation of Regional Malaria Officers (RMOs) and Health Entomology Officers (HEOs). The programme provided a platform to review and discuss matters related to entomological surveillance, vector monitoring, vector control activities, insecticide resistance, and other operational aspects of malaria entomology. The meeting also facilitated the sharing of field-level experiences, identification of challenges, and planning of appropriate measures to strengthen entomological surveillance and vector control activities under the malaria Prevention of Re-establishment programme.
